Ralf Peter was born in Schiffweiler/Saar. He studied singing with Brigitta Seidler-Winkler in parallel with studies in musicology and German in Berlin and Saarbrücken. He received stipends from Bayreuth and the Villa Musica Mainz. Engagements at the Saarländischen Staatstheater as well as performances in renowned festivals (Rheingau, Lake Constance, Mosel, Saar) and concert tours in France, Eastern Europe, Israel, South America, and Japan. In 2004 he participated in Voyeur at the Forum Neues Musiktheater.
