Pedro Richter is a stage and costume designer who received his degree from the Instituto Superior de Arte del Teatro Colón, Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1985. Since then he has been active in various areas, including opera (Zauberflöte, Die Fledermaus), theater (Butterbrot, Der Parasi, Romeo und Julia), musicals (Grease, Jesus Christ Superstar, Rocky Horror Picture Show, and others), dance (frequently collaborations with phase7, including Faust, Strange Particles, Opera Technik), film and multimedia (for Arte, 3 SAT, and ARD and in collaboration with Sven Sören Beyer at festivals in Bochum and New York). His most recent costume design was seen in Jutta Brückner’s film Hitlerkantate. In 2004 he participated in Delusions at the Forum Neues Musiktheater.
